(Yep!) "Great," Adam said as he turned the boat in towards the island. There was a small bay he was aiming his boat for. He made sure to keep the boat in the darker waters, where it was deeper. He slowed the boat down as he parked it right next to the shore, within twelve feet of it. Then he took the keys to the boat out and put them in his pocket. "Now, usually, I'd just jump into the water and wade to shore, but that's not gonna work for us... So, I rented a canoe for the day. It's on the back deck of the boat," Adam told her as he left to retrieve it. (Do ya have a link to it? I'd love to read it) Her ears seem to left from Adam's statement "Wow man your really cautious about this trip to Mako island!" Marina was shocked as she took her time to collect her belongings and follow Adam to where he was going. Then when she recalled hearing him say canoe Marina begin to feel a little nervous. The last time she was in a canoe was when it was the summer time, at age ten, her family were taking a vacation at the California Big Bear condo. One of her older brothers, Jonas, and her decided to go canoeing. When a small wave hit the amateur paddlers the canoe boat flipped. Luckily, Marina was wearing a life jacket; however, at that time she promised herself, after getting back to shore, she wouldn't go back to boating on small boats. She can take on speed boats and maybe sailboats but canoes were too small and especially Adam and her couldn't touch the water, without so much into crossing into another species, she a little more nervous about adventuring out in a small boat like so, alas. "I do my best," Adam replied as he gently pushed the canoe into the water so it wouldn't make a splash. Then he tossed the end of the rope from the boat into it. Then he laid on his stomach and held the edge of the canoe. "Ladies first," Adam stated, holding the canoe so it wouldn't tip over when she got in.

(Well, I don't mind giving you my account information if that's okay with you or you can make your own account) Marina thought about it as she lingered the thought of leaving it " It would most likely melt." She had to think about the other side of the argument " And if Adam holds it until I get on then I would have to hold it while I'm on the canoe...what if I need to hold on or help him." When she stopped thinking Marina looked down at her cup and begin to suck as much smoothie there was left inside. Not knowingly she had caused herself a brain freeze. Marina held her head as she felt a massive headache "Ah, man!" She complained as she lowered herself to place the cup on the floor "Um yea..." Marina took deep breaths since she learned back in elementary school that brain freezes can be cured by deep breaths "I~I finished it instead." With more deep breaths Marina took her time to let her feet get inside the canoe and sit down, which was good. She wouldn't realized she stepped inside the canoe without her fears taking over, but because of the shock of the brain freeze she forgotten about what she was afraid of and did what she needed to do. After all that she felt dizzy "...Cheese!" |

Adam stood up and slowly made his way onto the canoe, holding onto the boat to keep his balance and to keep the canoe balanced as he got in. After sitting down, he pushed off of the boat with his hands, sending the boat slowly to shore. "Cheese? O-kay then...?" he thought to himself.

(I like it better here too, but then we'll be stuck between two forums... I was actually hoping you'd want to go to the other one so it would be easier to decide... But, I guess we probably should move to the other forum so it's easier to keep track of everything...........)(But I'll post this first)
"Ah, gotcha," Adam replied, understanding. The boat made its way to shore, climbing up the sand for a few inches before stopping. "Well that worked better than I expected," Adam commented.
